Noodle Thérapie 巴黎友面 is a Mandarin restaurant tucked into the bustling 2nd arrondissement of Paris, offering a focused menu where house-made organic noodles take center stage. The spot draws in those looking for a comforting yet refined Asian meal away from more tourist-heavy eateries, especially appealing during colder months when a steaming bowl feels like a quiet reprieve.

The atmosphere here is relaxed and intimate, with a decor that blends subtle Chinese influences and a tidy modern vibe, making it well suited for small groups or solo diners seeking a genuine taste of Mandarin-style noodles without the fuss. The staff come across as welcoming and attentive, creating a welcoming space where the flavors do most of the talking.

The standout dish is the Nouilles au Crab—noodles tossed in a rich crab roe sauce that feels both indulgent and fresh, complemented cleverly by a side of small kumquats which cut through the richness at the end of the meal. Other dishes like the Sichuan-inspired “Fire in the Bowl” noodles introduce a layered heat balanced by tender meats and fresh, house-made pasta. Vegetarians can also find thoughtful options featuring tofu and seasonal greens.

Aside from the noodles, tea plays a subtle but focused role here, with some visitors particularly noting the offer of oolong tea that pairs well with the savory dishes, enhancing the relaxed dining rhythm. Desserts, while less prominent, round off the meal with careful presentation and balanced sweetness.

This restaurant suits visitors who appreciate authentic Chinese noodle dishes presented with care and who don’t mind a modest but flavorful menu. Early evening or a quiet weekday visit might feel most comfortable for experiencing the attentive service and calm ambiance, while weekends can be lively as friends and locals gather for a casual dinner.

My first dinner in Paris was here with friends. I ordered crab roe noodles for 18.50€. The crab roe was generous and delicious, especially with the small kumquats at the end of the meal, which was very refreshing. The crystal meat and lion's head appetizers were also delicious. The desserts were beautiful and delicious. Highly recommended.

Good! Came here with friends for our very first meal in Paris, and it totally exceeded expectations! The crab roe portion was super generous, and even the little kumquats served at the end were such a thoughtful touch. The tea snacks looked amazing too. Honestly, this place is a real gem!

Went here for some nice Asian food on our trip in Paris. The food is amazing and the staff are welcoming, not to mention the store is so cute!!!! The beef noodle is flavorful but light on the tongue, beef is super tender. Would definitely visit again!

We ordered the pork and chicken noodles. Taste good and so satisfying to have a bowl of hot noodle in Paris during cold weather.

I had the crab roe noodles here and it tasted great. And it’s only 18.5 euros. The tea was the best oolong tea I’ve ever had. I would give the tea a 6-star if there is one. I’m glad I decided to come here during my short stay in Paris.

Authentic Chinese Flavors at Noodle Thérapie! Walking into Noodle Thérapie feels like stepping into a nostalgic noodle shop from a novel—warm, cozy, and full of stories. It brings back memories of sharing a steaming bowl of noodles with friends after school. The flavors here took me straight back home, especially my hometown Zhenjiang Guogai Noodles, which I haven’t had in nearly a decade! The prices are super reasonable, and the quality is top-notch: 3 Lion’s Head Meatballs for €5 – juicy and flavorful! 100g Crystal Pork Jelly for €5 – homemade, not pre-packaged! 3 Pan-Fried Chicken Dumplings for €4 – thin skin, generous filling! Crab Roe Noodles – rich, fresh, and even cheaper than in Shanghai! Seafood Noodles – abalone & sea cucumber at an unbeatable price! Finished with Red Bean Rose Mochi—a perfect sweet touch. They also serve afternoon tea and desserts! Great taste, great value. Highly recommend!
